I rarely post the Virtual Seasons cases here because they're already all posted together at virtualseasonx.org but I thought it was time to give them another plug.
"I Made This Productions" features some of the best fanfic authors writing excellent X-Files episodes. It splits from canon after "Je Souhaite" then generates its own internal canon. Many of the stories don't need to be read in order; it will usually say in the headers if there's reference to previous virtual episodes.
