This story is an unofficial sequel to Anne Haynes' 12 Degrees of Separation but can be read on it's own. Our duo are married and getting on with their lives together when the unexpected happens.

This one's Kristel's first fanfic. I'm not a massive fan of M/S Married stories, but there's nothing mundane about this. Kristel keeps the angst all the way up throughout. Be prepared to have your heart strings vigorously tugged on.
