Mulder and Scully realize that their journey has led them to each other. This is a 5 chapter late-season 7 slow burn. Post episodes for per manum, millennium, sein und zeit , closure, and all things.

Happy Birthday, Scully! This season 7 era fic from Peacenik0 follows canon, focussing on some of the angstier episodes, but those episodes bring them closer together IYKWIM. Plenty of comfort to be had.
