How Scully and Mulder got their groove back after One Son.

I don't know how I managed to upload the wrong version of the text file, but it's fixed now. 🙂

This is a beautifully crafted case file set after One Son, with all the angsty fallout of agents who'd been bed-mates in this fic since season 4 but never actually confessed their deep abiding love in that time. Diana is still doing her thing and Mulder still trusts her, leading to an annoyed Scully having to set him straight.

"So this was talking. They’d never tried it before. He didn’t think he liked it much."

The x-file itself is one that I couldn't for the life of me work out how they were going to get out of it, but Nascent got us all through it.
