Not a lot of tags fit this one, but I think that's because there's not a lot of plot...

OK, so the story might be a little implausible, but you have to appreciate Skinner watching from a surveillance van giving directions... I had to  add a little of that comic relief to the cover too.  There's another version of the cover that I'll add to the "Under the Covers" smut cover gallery when I get a chance. (the password is 'smut').

I was on a binge of undercover fics, but in preparing this one I was reminded of other fics by Cybill so I might have to binge those now.
