Mulder & Scully, undercover as a couple on a honeymoon cruise. This story riffs off just about every fanfic cliche we could think of.  We did this on purpose, and hopefully it will be obvious we wouldn't have been able to write this if we didn't love fanfic enough to have read lots and lots of stories over the past few years.  It's also very long. We hope it's amusing enough to justify both of these things - it sure cracked us up!

This is the cruise fic to end all cruise fics. Actually, this could be the tropey fanfic to end all tropey fanfics.

The first time I read this story I think I was a little impatient to get to the RST, and completely missed so much of the journey. The UST goes well past any healthy person's frustration levels, but bear with it and just try to enjoy the wild ride.

While Mulder and Scully are undercover on a honeymoon cruise for couples who postponed their wedding 3 or more times, they're subjected to Julie from the Love Boat and the indignity of many couples seminars before accidentally getting married  and becoming living legends. I don't have enough tags to do this story justice, (although admittedly I left a couple off and I have to force myself to stop typing now so I don't spoil everything in it. ) It's also funny how prescient some of their humorous suggestions are. For those of us who love a good fanfic trope, this is the holy grail.

There is a second image for this one, which I believe was made by eponine119.

The X-Libris link above left is just a little thing I'm trying to work on. How usable it is depends on whether I can find a plugin to do what I want...

Damn Desk cover

I: Maggie needs some help moving a few things. Discoveries ensue.

II: Mulder annoys scully and she gets revenge

III: Scully raises the revenge stakes. Some naked antics ensue.

Whilst this may not be a literary classic, I remember having to chase down parts of this fic so I'm posting it here in its entirety for the hump day PWP. Unfortunately it seems that Sam's muse was feeling rather contrary when she wrote this, and it turned out to be PWPWP.

Anyway, if you're after some OOC mindlessness involving some friendly competition between our agents, this should be about 15 minutes worth.

Another not-so-nice trip to the woods.

Teamed up with an alphabet of other agencies, Mulder and Scully once again prove their strength in the face of both a challenge and hostility from other participants.

I love a third-party POV, and this one looks at Mulder & Scully through the eyes of the project overseer, an experienced General.  This is a non-stop drama-filled action story from 19. Although it's officially rated R, I think it's more the PG-13 end of the scale.

Mulder and Scully participate in an FBI wargame that raises interesting questions about what game is being played...and the identities of the players.

Some more Wintersong adventure.  Mulder and Scully go up  against some other agencies and show them how the experts do things.  Sorry, no smut, just classic, kickarse Mulder and Scully. I'll post something extra smutty on Friday 🙂

There's an original cover I discovered after posting, as usual:

Lost Series, The by Wintersong

204,000 Words

Lost series cover

The Lost: Mulder and Scully are trapped in the remote wilderness and the art of surviving was not what they expected.

The Found: In the midst of an explosively escalating serial arson case, Mulder and Scully must come to terms with the changes that six months in the wilderness have wrought in themselves and those around them.

Alphas: Mulder, Scully and the rest of the X-Files Division struggle with new realities and the changing of old relationships when the reopening of a closed murder investigation draws them into a shadowy culture thousands of years old.

This starts with an unforgettable story of Scully and Mulder's survival in the woods having been taken there by a perp.  Scully's strength and ingenuity keeps them alive before they're ultimately reunited with civilisation.  Once they return they're forced to San Diego to help with a case involving Scully's brother.   Then finally they have to face themselves and each other.

CONTENT WARNING: The following story is contrived, cliche-ridden, unrealistic, and unhygienic. And really, really smutty. ~Sap alert~ as well. Don't venture further unless you dig that kind of thing

Tootsie Pop
After returning from an assignment where Mulder inadvertantly caught sight of Scully in her underwear, a cliched evening of boring paperwork was made more interesting by Mulder seeing even more of Scully.

Tootsie Pop II: Marshmallows & Mints
Summary: Mulder and Scully go on another nice trip to the forest, or thereabouts, share conversation and confections, and engage in other fun adult activities.

Tootsie Pop II: JellyBellies and Twang
SUMMARY: Mulder and Scully travel to Austin, Texas, for a boring conference, but they manage to accomplish a whole busload of fun and naughty stuff CC never lets them do. A fluffy smut biscuit—with gravy.

EvieLouise lets them have a bit of fun.

I also discovered, when editing the table of contents in this fic, that the copy on annex-files.com is missing TPII chapter 5, which is definitely in this  version.

EvieLouise also mentioned some visual elements in her story.  These are in the ePub and PDF versions, but I'll put them here for .txt people.

Book Cover: Camping by Amperage & Livengoo

Fox Mulder and Dana Scully have survived abductions, serial killers, mutants and aliens but the Partner Cooperation Program Wilderness Encounter may finally do them in. After poison ivy and catfish, who wouldn't long for a nice, safe killer mutant?

I'm getting closer to fixing everything, but there may still be temporary breakages as I'm still doing long-overduebackground stuff. Thanks for being patient.
