To liven up an otherwise smut-free week, I thought I'd upload another plane-related fic. TBishop steams up the windows as Mulder and Scully show each other some mutual appreciation during a flight home. What it lacks in plot, it makes up for in moistness.
Mulder and Scully investigate strange behaviour... hmmm... and acquire some themselves...

Oops. My anxiety has been playing up again so I haven't added anything for a few weeks - I knew I'd added lots in advance and for some reason I thought I'd uploaded up to 23 Jan. Obviously not. I have no concentration whatsoever at the moment so haven't been able to read much again... even the covers I've tried to make lately haven't been working out.
Fortunately I had this fic prepared earlier & ready to go. I know I'm missing a few tags from this one, I'll try to come back and update them once the old brain kicks back into gear again... I'm sure Friday's flash therapy will cure me again - it's a miracle treatment. 😀

I felt the need to lighten the mood a little, so I've gone with some smut-humour, or humoritca as I refer to it. I just adore this series by somekindofseizure. Mulder and Scully are temporarily assigned to "The jewel and art thief rich criminal James Bond Thomas Crown spy ring division" of the FBI, and are arguably the worlds worst spies. In their defense though, they have a lot of distractions to deal with. I'm LMAO just thinking about it.

This one's a bit unusual as RivkaT wants you to read the opening scene before you get to read the summary. The only hint before reading is "It's not what you think. At least, I hope not."

RivkaT starts this one with our agents hot and heavy. It does get progressively more angsty as they find themselves in a dangerous predicament. An excellent fic. There are some mild dubcon elements if you overthink it, so try not to overthink it.
Neon: Mulder is welcomed back to work and Skinner immediately sends them out on a case in Reno. They're not the only ones with an interest in the area and the time.
I'm Not Irish, So Why'd You Pick On Me?: Mulder has an unusual St Patrick's Day experience.
The Fox and the Hare: Mulder breaks the news prematurely. To appease Scully's ire, he is talked into a very unusual favor that leads to a series of embarrassing situations. The MacLeod children return, to Mulder's dismay, and Mulder's Easter vacation becomes an exercise in domestic survival.
Once again Mulder faces a multitude of tortures, including one I can definitely commiserate with having had to drive for a week in agony through outback Australia looking for help for an abscessed tooth, eventually having to avail myself of the wonderful Royal Flying Doctor Service dentists. If you are able to support the help they provide to outback communities, please do so. It's easy to take medical services for granted when you don't have to drive 1200km to the nearest dentist... but I digress.
Neon itself is a serious, Mulder-torture filled novel, still set in Season 2, with links to the mytharc. It has my favourite Mulder-in-a-kilt and a few other situations where he finds himself judged appreciatively . The mood changes somewhat with "I'm Not Irish" and chaos abounds again in "The Fox and the Hare".

This is a binge-worthy classic from Diehard as our agents embark on a new relationship.

The Magic Shell series is so bad it's good. It's shameless PWP, most of it written as a distraction by Sister Spooky list members whilst awaiting season 8.
I've tried to group stories together where they're connected, but I may have lost track somewhere in there. I did however move the three M/S/K stories to the end to save MSR purists from having to close their eyes and scroll through them. (There are links in the ePub & PDF versions.) There's more of an explanation at the beginning of the file.
Personally, I don't mind the very infrequent M/S/K fic as a total escape from reality, and I can understand why Krycek would want to join in. 😀

Sometimes I can't help myself and include some naughtiness on my covers, with an attempt to make it tasteful. Apologies to PDF readers, I can't make the cover not stretch over the whole page and therefore there may be a lot of butt in your face when you open the file.
Let me just add that there aren't enough fics with Mulder wearing a kilt. I expect you all to write me some more, OK? If enough people write some kilt smut stories I may need to do a Shipper's digest for them... 😀

Jess turns the Mulder!Innuendo up to 11 in this fic. They're a Mulder and Scully who are very comfortable with each other, but the UST is off the charts, particularly with Mulder. I love Jess's writing, but she's a big tease in this one!
Mulder and Scully have a fight to end all fights, then discover that making up makes it all worthwhile.
I don't know what it says about me that this is one of my favourite stories. I love that Mulder and Scully's fight was so low down and dirty. I love that they're both still fuming. I love that Scully heads out in search of satisfaction, and I love the awkwardness of her chosen beau. I love the intensity of their passion, bordering on love/hate, and I love that things don't quite go right. I'd love to have seen this one on TV 😀

Oops, I'm late posting today, and a fic that wasn't supposed to be published yet was accidentally set free. It's been one of those days. I re-read this story last night and I'd forgotten how funny it is. It's highly recommended, especially if you're in need of something lighter... like when your day starts with taking a flying fox to the wildlife hospital for euthanasia and you come home to a sobbing family member who needs consoling and you discover you published a fic you didn't intend to until you'd contacted the author.... :'(

If you haven't figured it out yet, MD1016 is one of my favourite authors, and possibly even the one who got me sucked in to the world of XF fanfic to begin with . She combines the angst and UST and unleashes the smut in a way that I find most appealing. This is a vacation fic set during the cancer arc, with all its tenderness, angst, love, and seasickness.
Includes the prequel: Dormi Con Mi Socio by TBishop: Translation is roughly 'I Slept With My Partner' or so I am told.
One-Upmanship: To keep a great relationship going requires imagination and creativity - and our erstwhile FBI agents become a little too successful for their own good...
This is pure, unabashed smut, with a little bit of story thrown in for good measure. These two magnificent authors pool their depravity in an effort to raise the bar with regards to smutfic. While the premise of this fic may not be entirely realistic, it's a fun fantasy (until it's not) - I particularly love Jacquie LaVa for her willingness to go anywhere for the sake of a satisfying experience. This one garnered more smut tags than any other fic I've posted.
I: All the other writers came up with serious, soul-searching post-“En Ami” fics. I wrote smut. Go figure. While watching that scene in the restaurant, I really wished Mulder could see Scully in that black dress…
II: Mulder takes Scully dress shopping to replace that little black number he burned in the incinerator in my last fic.
Mulder can show a bit of a jealous and territorial streak, but it rarely extends beyond some quality pouting. At the end of En Ami he took his pouting to a new level as he tried to deal with the hurt, fear and betrayal he felt over Scully's jaunt with Cancerman. I loved Mulder's intensity, and this angst has delivered many a delicious fic. Evielouise capitalised on the smut potential as she brought together a conciliatory Scully and a fuming Mulder for a smouldering first intimate encounter. She then continued with a little more Mulder territory marking in the followup.
Calendar Girl I follows Mulder and Scully through season six and seven.
Calendar Girl II - NOTE: THIS SERIES REMAINS INCOMPLETE.
I wish it had been finished, but I still enjoyed it knowing that I'd be left hanging. The plot is way better than CC's, and there are flashbacks to Season 7 episodes to keep the smut quota up. You can choose whether or not to continue with CGII after CGI.
Their relationship survived the first year, but then everything changed. With one of the partners missing, the other goes on a quest of her own. Scully's new partner, Agent Nicole Larson, appeared in only one tiny segment of a story in Calendar Girl I.
